National Management Olympiad Season 3's Main Quiz was organized on Sunday 21st Feb 2021, and participants from all over India have participated in this one hour long 5 section quiz, and Mr. Tejaswi Varshney, (IIM Ranchi), Mr. Omkar Dashetwar (IIM Shilong) & Ms. Manveen Kaur (Maruti Suzuki) were top 3 participant in the Merit List. Team formation round was the next step and this season's theme for Team Names was "World’s Innovators". Eight Teams were formed with 5 participants in each team representing departments like Leadership, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources & IT- Business Analytics. All the teams have shown zeal to win and Team Sarabhai (Led by Mr. Omkar Dashetwar) and, Team Edison (Led by Mr. Himanshu Ahuja) reached to the finals of National Management Olympiad Season 3 with 179900 and 164435 Points respectively.

Final Business Case Scenario was published on Sunday 21st March 2021 and was based on social entrepreneurship in Waste to Wealth domain. Team Sarabhai and Team Edison has put out their best. Both teams have received applause from Industry experts, faculty experts and Judges. In a fierce competition Team Sarabhai won the winner Title for National Management Olympiad Season 3.

• Mr Omkar Dashetwar - I am a MBA student at IIM Shillong and prior to which I completed my B.Tech in Mechatronics Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology. I also have a pre-MBA work experience with TATA Motors in R&D. I like to travel and play outdoor games whenever possible. I future aspiration is to have my own entrepreneurial venture.
• Ms Prachi Sharma - I am Prachi from Jaipur, Rajasthan. I have a technical as well as management background as I did B.tech in Computer Science and MBA in HR & Marketing and currently serving in an US based IT product development company as HR Manager & Executive Assistant. Recently, I went through an exciting learning experience through National Management Olympiad 2021 and recognized as NMO Champ for being a part of Winner Team. NMO provided me a wonderful platform to understand business world challenges with the help of different business case studies and I always enjoyed providing solutions for those BCSs from a HR perspective. My keen interest in Human Resource Management helped me grab the NMO opportunity and kept me engrossed in its case studies. I liked its concept of virtual teams where students and professionals work cohesively to provide solution, this indeed enhanced my team working skills. Apart from this, the major thing which happened with me in the course of 3 months of NMO was I met with an accident during the final round but that also didn't stop me to continue participate as I already realised that it is a wonderful platform to learn and grow. I always aspire to achieve my full potential in serving people and NMO has done an amazing value addition in my career.
• Ms Ayushi Gupta - Ayushi is an LLB graduate, Semi qualified CA and Semi qualified CS. She is LLM aspirant and ambassador intern for various organisations including International Model United Nations. She is a published author of various anthologies as well. Finance, taxation, and legal services is her area of work. She aspires to be an important working part of Indian economy by serving Indian Government ministerial services. She personally believes that life is all about living and success is all about persistency and discipline.
• Ms. Ishita Bera - Hi I am Ishita Bera & I have more than 12 years of experience in sales, After my marriage with a professor of economics, my interest started to shift from machine sales to analysis of sales. I aspire to use my industry experience combined with this academic knowledge in Business Analytics to create a difference in my domain of work. I also aspire to be able to write research papers on new algorithms applicable for Data Analysis and contribute to this field of interest in the long run. I am currently pursuing PGDM in Business Analytics and Intelligence from Amity University, and an advanced certificate course in Data Analysis from IIT Kanpur.
• Mr. Mohammed Obeid - Creative thinker with solution focused and result oriented mindset. With diversified experience in Analytics, Marketing and Business strategy & communication, my experience has allowed me to connect disparate dots, to communicate with people across organisations and to identify and effectively resolve business challenges. Early stage Entrepreneur, passionate about teaching and an ardent cricket fan, My life mantra is "live life as if today is your last day and remember it's not the merits of the past but your vision for the future that defines you"..
