" I find the case studies to be really thought-provoking, as it pushes us to go to the depth of the problem statement and identify tangible solutions that can target all stakeholders. The case studies have always been quite practical and close to the real-world, which helped us to relate to actual business problems and find solutions for them. "

Q. What is the Secret of your success in National management Olympiad?

Our success mantra has been constructive, consistent and committed team work. From the quarter-finals till the finale, we have not only worked together, but also trusted each other with responsibilities. With the launch of each business case, we analyzed the problem statement to the finest detail and had multiple rounds of debate on the case, so that we all arrive on the same page. Next, we divided our responsibilities and conducted comprehensive research on each aspect of our domain, before coming together to synthesize the solutions into a coherent strategy. Our inclination for deep analysis of case details, research of existing solutions and addition of distinguishable value adds worked as a strength for us.
