I felt that the variety of knowledge and background of people we confront during the entire journey of Olympiad gives a fresh learning point with every single Business Case Scenario that we are given to solve together. Also, I really appreciated the fact that BCS that was shared every time was not only well thought out but also contemporary. We felt that it was worth taking into consideration what is the current environment, factors like demography, topography etc. and that is what made it feel like there was a real business case at stake. Q. What is the Secret of your success in National management Olympiad?
National Management Olympiad was one of kind experience for me. The team that is provided for analysis of the BCS is a perfect fit. It simulates the roles and responsibilities of a real company. So, what I felt helped me to succeed was having a clear goal of my strategy and look for a solution from marketing point of view. Together as a team we finally succeeded after lot of brainstorming and coherent ideas from different departments. In short, I would like to summarize that a clear and well defined role in the team helps you to succeed in giving a good proposal in the end. Sure, we had disagreements in between but a final coherent solution was the outcome every single time. Disagreements and discussions are proof that every single member of the team is taking ownership of the BCS at hand.
