The National Management Olympiad (NMO) which started in the year 2019 gained immense appreciation due to its unique concept, within its initiation NMO saw huge participation from the students, management faculty and industrial experts from all across India.

The participants and the winners thanked the committee of the NMO for organizing such an exclusive Olympiad, which gave them a chance to work in a virtual company and deal with different business case scenarios.

All the participants had a great learning experience, one of the participant Mr. Gaurav Bhati (IIM KOZHIKODE) said- The Olympiad was extremely challenging and he had a great learning experience to lead the teams of individuals whom he had never met physically and one of the best thing was the structure of the competition it evaluated us not only on the subjective knowledge but ensures that it provides a virtual corporate scenarios, further in career he wishes to go in the market consulting domain.

Ms Kriti Niharika (J.D Birla Institute Kolkata), says NMO was a constant learning process, at every stage it improved her knowledge and skills she concluded that one of the best thing was that NMO helped in building good communication skills and team spirit.

NMO is structured in such a way that it improves and helps students to brush up their managerial skills and think out of the box, by virtually taking positions in the companies and solving real time business case studies.

Ms.Shruti Swami from Amity Universitysays she gained good research skills throughout the competition.

NMO makes me realize that idea can be formulated even through social media, and I learned to manage online communication says Mr Kunal Arora (MSIT) who wishes to become a market analyst.

NMO has helped a lot of candidates in improving and refining their skills, the 64 days competition was extremely enthralling and mind-boggling for the participants Ms Devanshi (NMIMS) says- don’t be afraid to try out different just because nobody else is trying, she thanked NMO for providing such an opportunity where she gained skill about taking lead to motivate people around you by your actions.

One of the best skills which I gained throughout the Olympiad was Data Presentation skills says Mr Raghib Quamar (Surendranath College), he generously thanked NMO due to its innovative concept which helped him gain immense confidence to achieve his dreams.

Mr Prakash Sharma (Jain University) says that every stage in the competition was challenging that was the beauty of the Olympiad, he also appreciated NMO for conducting such Olympiads which focus on management areas and gives an opportunity to the professionals to showcase their talent.

The National Management Olympiad (NMO) within its initiation ran successfully and gained appreciation due to its unique concept and great content, majority of the participants expressed their views regarding the best thing about NMO and said that they had great learning experience throughout the competition, the platform and the business case scenarios gave the participants an opportunity to explore and learn new things. According to the candidates the challenging part was the different designations provided to them to tackle various problems and find out logical solution for their virtual company.

Ms Ankita Markan (SRCC) says the best thing about NMO is that it provides a platform where one can experience the real time problems of the corporate world and is supposed to work off their brain cells in order to provide creative solutions to the business case scenarios, hereby providing a lot of learning.

NMO 2019 ended up successfully and saw huge participation of people from different backgrounds winners also gave tips to the future participants they suggested that NMO is a great platform for enhancing and gaining skills, make the most of this opportunity, put your best efforts and keep your solutions ready in advance so that you can revise it later and make changes. The business case scenarios are the real test which will help you gain various skills.
