Dear Participants,
"Competition is always a good thing. It forces us to do our best. A monopoly renders people complacent and satisfied with mediocrity." – Nancy Pearcy
Winning doesn't always mean being first. Winning means you’re doing better than you've ever done before. There is nothing like a good competition to push you even further. Embrace competition -- you might surprise yourself!
We, at SBPIM, firmly believe that determination and commitment bring accomplishment and success. Our students truly exhibit this belief by proving their mettle through their stupendous participations in various competitions. Human mind is a fountainhead of all magic, happiness and innovation and proving this verbatim to the optimum.
Competition in any form brings out the best in people and pushes them to excel. If competition used effectively, it can enhance learning significantly.
Certainly, we at SBPIM encourage healthy competition as it allows students to extend themselves, to exploit their real capabilities and maximize their true potential. It is most productive when it occurs among students of similar abilities.
Management Olympiad will help students to polish their own competencies and recognize who their competitors are. They can then decide how much effort they need to put into their work in order to remain at the top.
Competition is good in the sense that it discourages complacency and raises students' consciousness of the value of competitive competencies. The keener will be the competition, the higher the output among students. It is, therefore, a very effective tool to keep your high achievers achieving.
Winning is not everything, yet wanting to win is all about pushing forward ... Good luck!
