BCS Solution Summary"Aadhar has empowered 119 crores Indians with a credible identity. In todays time adhar has been the most successful form of identity as it builds confidence and trust than any other form of identity. If you ask any maid or servant or say poor people living in slums or villages as how they use aadhar to open their bank accounts or get direct benefits from the government without involvement of any middle men .They would say that they are extremely pleased and empowered by having addhar. As a human resource professional My main goal should be to help shape my company culture so that it is sustainable over the long term . There are several areas which I need to focus as an HR of a consulting company. 1.Develope a pro active culture : We need to understand the current culture and develop strategies to implement and achieve the goal. 2.Create environment of transperancy : I need to ensure that working environment is transparent among all the employees. 3.Contribution of employee : ideas and policies should include views of employess also since they are the backbone of any company. 4.Rewarding Best of the employee : In todays business scenario the most challenging part of HR is to retain skilled employees. Those should be rewarded who suggest ways for sustainable business. 5.Build first line of strategy : HR can make impact by consulting and collaborating with leadership to make sure process is smooth in terms of mission , value and core principles. 6.Start with commitment : HR should ensure to build strong culture among all the departements and foster commitment at initial stage."
Solution
"“ADDHAR” a big dilemma in INDIA .It has got both pros and cons and thus its efficient model needs to be implemented.it is quite evident that Addhar does not have a good serucity as far as biometric and personal data is concerned.Hence there is high chance of misuse of data since there is lot of private participation involved too. Areas for innovation in ADDHAR : It still does not have any provision for either collecting or storing data in education , healthcare and social welfare .
It is also not associated to many government bodies like CBI,CID, and many govt agencies to track terriotist and frauds which is really a concern in this terror world.
1. Ease of accessibility : As an consulting company and head of department of HR ,we could tie up with many government state and central bodies and show interest to set up centres rather than aiming preventive measures. HR can hire few skilled and highly educated employees say from medical field who is expertise in his subject.He feels the need for digitized health records which can be made accessible to heath authorities.
Benefits to people : It can then be easy and convienent for the government to make the medical facilities available to all the people and provide direct health facilties in these centres rather than taking up activities that may not solve issue at time medial event.
2.Adequate amount of training : many people have an opinion especially the ones residing in remote places that addhar was imposed on public due to some external issues. These people lack the awareness and importance of addhar. “Its rightly said that awareness is far better than any cause or effect “
As HR team its our responsibility to arrange different campaigns and hire those skilled people who can communicate well with different people and share them the importance of Adhar . This is one big reason why many people refused to give correct details since they lack awareness.
In turn they can also know the beneficiaries aware of the social welfare schemes of the government.
3.maintain data security : Hr should ensure that in all the centres where adhar operations are run and thousands of people share their identity .Its important to have data security IT professionals so that they can be used handy in terms of any data breach or technical glich.
4. Loopholes in recruitment process: when any organization hire , the procedure of hiring involves BGV ( background verification process) to know their employee better.
Since E sign of Adhar is more reliable and less time consuming, this model of addhar has helped many hr to ease their work compare to traditional paper work.
Since HR department is bind by laws and strict procedures the need of electronically signed documents would enhance the recruitment without any loopholes being created which was very ideal in terms of paper work. The documents that need signatures are pre drafted templates thus there is very less chance to create any malfunction Candidates from any part of the world can sign digitally which would reduce time and travelling too. The entire process of being digital helps employee to get positive confidence and helps any business to stay ahead. They understand the progressive workflow better .
5. Maintaining compliance : there is a high chance that potential mistakes can happen in terms of forms during hiring process.
E sign software’s are pre drafted by legal experts and thus it ensures that they are accurate.
