BCS Solution SummaryAs the general manager of the Consulting agency for the Government of India, I have address 4 major problems that Aadhar is facing currently. These problems include: 1)Privacy of users and their data 2)Widespread reach, especially to remote areas 3)Making Aadhar a financially independent model 4)Address fraudulent activities happening with the project. Alongwith this, I have suggested various ways to tackle these issues. The roles of each department is also explained briefly in the ppt. Setting up of various Aadhar centres in order to increase reach. Creating awareness through advertisements, campaigns, social programs can help Aadhar to gain widespread recognition. Handling data provided by the users calls for great responsibility and this should be done without compromising with the quality of the data. Recruitment of right personnel through various tests conducted in house will reduce ill practices that usually happens in the project. As the general manager, my job is to take all the departments together and produce synergy at the workplace. And the title of the case study will be achieved when all the departments will realize their roles and responsibilities and work with honesty towards goal achievement.
