Solution
PRIMARY EDUCATION SYSTEM IN INDIA
In this report, we will deal with problems associated with the primary education in India and how IT solutions assist to solve them.
The problems we are going to deal with-
- Infrastructure problem
- Staff Monitoring (Attendance, teaching duration, Co-curricular Activities)
- Teaching Quality.
- Office books maintenance (attendance register, fund register, inventory register, Parents-teachers meeting register etc.)
- Food quality monitoring
- Student physical and mental health system
PROBLEM 1 – INFRASTRUCTURE PROBLEM
Major infrastructure problems include-
- Lack of toilets
- Lack of electricity
- Unavailability of safe drinking water
- Playground
Apart from this, in rural areas there is lack of schools available in the villages. According to the NSS report there are more than 12% of rural households which do not have schools under 5 km radius.
To tackle such problems, the IT department have come up with the following solutions.
We can come up with the concept of mobile toilets. These are transportable toilets which

Solution |
Lack of toilets |
We can use mobile toilets. These are transportable toilets which will available outside the school. We will target the rural areas where toilets are not available. The total cost and maintenance is looking after by the app which is handling by the ngo. |
Lack of electricity |
We can generate electricity using solar energy and bio fuel mechanism. These 2 resources are in abundance and can generate electricity. The govt. can implement the techniques made by our team. |
Unavailability of safe drinking water |
We can build natural water cleaning method and RO system installed in schools. We recommend installing the automatic closing tap system which will protect water wastage. |
Playground |
In rural and some urban areas, due to lack of land student not enjoy the benefit of playground. We can make an app which will provide all the details of nearby parks and their size and other facilities. This database is available with the respective principal and park owner. Also principals can book the playground with respect to other school bookings |
The above solutions can be implemented to those cases where the school does not the basic building and classrooms.
For cases where there is no infrastructure to have basic building we can use the system ‘rent a room’. In rural areas where the house is temporary empty, villagers can allot their house for some time. This will provide roof for study. And govt. will provide price for it. Our team will design software which is compatible on mobiles and laptops which will provide real time analysis, aadhaar card details and this database will be the locked through their signature. Also to avoid any loopholes, we will provide hire extra representative to look into matter and helpline number to assist them.
PROBLE 2 & 3- TEACHING QUALITY AND STAFF MONITORING
The govt. faces the major 2 issues in terms of teacher concern that is-
- As this data shows there is huge gap of present and required teachers especially in rural and backward areas.
- Also the quality of teaching in urban schools is also not up to the mark.
The problem of lack of teachers can be overcome by recorded videos. The lectures are recorded and sent to the nearest available internet access office which is nearest to the school. From there it is caries by the battery enable devices.
- In areas where technology scope is nil, using real time approach is not feasible. But we can the digital storage record devices. The team can go to the targeted area, use those devices which run on batteries. The team must also ensure that they carry extra batteries with them.
- They will assist the village head so that he/she can convey the importance of education and train them to use them.
- All these will be stored in the advanced management system where once the whole lecture is set, the file will be locked and no tampering takes place. This will also ensure lack malfunctioning of data. Data will be stored in the multiple hardware devices to ensure lack of dependency on one machine.
- When the officer return back, he/she can cross check the data. Any discrepancy or error are recorded by the software, this will be recorded in another database where data is stored.
- The projector will be enrolled and video lecture will be projected on it.
For teacher assessment we use the technology – Artificial Intelligence
Why artificial intelligence?
Artificial intelligence makes use of real time analyses to judge and give the assessment in form of report. To implement we need a camera which run on solar or any renewable energy source along with the artificial enable software.
WORKING-
Teacher presence = (checked by the presence of teacher in the class) Interaction level of teacher = (judged by when she teaches or interact with student as group on individual basis) Student interaction level = (calculated by analysing each facial and eye movement)

The picture depicts typical scenario of a classroom in a government school. The below image shows what and how is recorded by AI
This data is recorded every instant of time and overall give report
of overall report regarding staff monitoring. It gives real time
analysis of the following parameters at every instant of time.
Thus this solves the staff monitoring system in the classroom.
Similarly, we can design this kind of AI system for corridors and

Innovative solution found in submission, with current infra and teachers skills it is not feasible but with more effort you can make it implementable, direction is correct. practical solution was missing. Overall Good.
You are doing good job bro...keep it up and raise voice of common people as it needs people like u who can understand things at ground level.
I really appreciate your work.
