Solution
Goal no. 1- Product line expansion
I would like to consult selco india to advance their technological and manufactoring approch so as to save the time of manufactoring the product and costs as well.
Technological advancement is necessary to reduce the prices of company product in long run so that product's prices could be cut down and could help poor people.
Company could open the manufactoring unit where costs of land, labour and raw material are low and could employ people of that area to spread the awareness about the solar electricity among that area and slowly to cover neighour areas.
To finance all this company had a option of-
angel investors
term loans
Goal no. 2- sales network expansion
company should trade the ngo and foundation who are helping poor people to have electricity. company could business with the foundation and NGO to create awareness in people about solar electricity and use their products in their mission and company could give NGO and foundation a special discount on bulk purchase. company could give them loan facility so that they are able to purchase in bulk.
company could deal with shopkeepers and business in the villages or town or city and give them solar powered batteries and technology which could charge that batteries. shopkeers or businessman could rent the batteries to people on rent on monthly charges which could help to prodive electricity that villages which dont have electricity or proper electricity system. company could sell this battry charging technology and batteries to shopkeepers on emi system through patnered bank.
Goal no. 3- energy service centre expansion
company should set the service centres in that area or villages where company is deciding to expand its operation. service centres should educate the people about solar system by creating awareness campaign and should hire that area peoples to build the trust and lnowlegde in people.
for finanacing energy service centre we could use government banks or msme banks for expansion funds.
