As it is a new way of transporting/delivering the cargo and food products, the new approach towards these pre-established delivery systems. It requires us to create a business out of almost nothing. The marketing process requires more force than the other companies as it will need to conquer the audience and clients mind about the product and make them believe in the services and company. Create surveys or capture information of the sales team and customer support that may be relevant to enhancing or redirecting the marketing strategies in the future The Social Media marketing plays an important role as to gather the required traffic to make the company and product popular. Also the Billboards will be quie effective in order create a local presence, as it is very effective for the technologically inactive audience/clients. Television and radio advertisements are very impactful and will be great for creating a general presence in the local community. The target clients and creating partnership with those potential clients will be beneficial for the company. a brand is a representation of the feelings that the products, services and company shares show. The marketing department is responsible for creating and disseminating images, messages and ideas that best communicate the brand values.Solution
We will be creating business partnership with the leading delivery service companies such as Delhivery, Ecom and the government services such as postal and courier services via the drones. Also to increase the business into other places the large food delivery e-commerce giants such as Zomato and Swiggy which has a huge customer base and partnered up with more than1.4 million restaurants, will be partners with our drone delivery services. The Pharma companies such as Netmeds and delivery services such as Dunzo will be partners with our company with a customer base of almost 1.5 million. The clothing store such as Myntra and Flipkart with above 350 million of customer base, also partnering up for the fast delivery system via the drones.Facebook remains the most important social media platform for many marketers, with an active user count of close to 2.8 billion which will help create awareness and a client base for the company. 90% of ads influence their purchase decisions,75% of paid search ads make it easier to create a presence on the internet. So as to create this kind of customer base, SEO is important. TV and Radio ads are the traditional merthods of advertising and provide almost 67% of the audience and clientele the company's name and product. The budget for the marketing is divided according the above analysis of the inflence of different aspects of advertising and awareness creation. The promotional youtube video which is has to be informative and tell about our product in the easiest way possible, has a budget of 5lakhs INR. TV and Radio advertisements take up the amount of 40lakhs INR of the budget as it is one of the main influence on the clientele. Billboards are also impactful and have a budget of 6.6 Lakhs INR. Organic Search(SEO) has a budget of 2lakhs and Social Media Marketing takes up 20lakhs INR.
Conclusion
The marketing department will be responsible for the growth of the company before the product gets praises for its qualtiy and reliability, but before that the marketing department will sell the product to the potential clients and audience and help create awareness of the product. Marketing management is the way to find out the opportunities which are profitable and create these opportunities by satisfying the customers. Therefore, the marketing department has to find out the services that satisfy the consumers and the services that fail to meet the needs and expectations of consumers so that plus and delta can be developed to cover up the shortage.Attached File Details
