The solution will encapsulate the deployed organizational structure, design of the talent pipeline for the company, training ( of existing and to-be employees), overview of hiring plan of new personnel basis demand of relevant skills, running learning and development programs for different nature of skillsets and throughout the hierarchy of the organization, performance management system and forming a basis for the retention strategy. • Addition of division to the current organizational structure • Training of employees • Division of Tasks : Workforce planning & effectiveness activities by scheduling & assigning employees, data statistical analysis & following up on work results. • Special Focus on Client Relationship Management & Welfare activities to constantly translate the business requirements of clients into effective HR practices and delivering people solution. • Employer Branding will be done with respect to achieving the objective of brand establishment.
