Our company is a courier company. Company's Board has decided to venture into 'Hyper Local Delivery space' and want to conduct local delivery through drones.Case Understanding
Our company uses drones to carry out hyperlocal delivery of products. The short-range drones used can deliver up to 10Kg of weight to 5Km within 15 minutes. I belong to the HR department and is responsible to provide HR recruitment and training plans for the new drone delivery business line of the company. - Senior Data engineer - 2 recruits
End-to-end database design skills, including making datasets consumable by visualisation tools and notification systems, developing automated alarming and dashboards to monitor data integrity, developing, and managing capacity and performance plans, and collaborating closely with both business and technology stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. - Drone maintenance technician - 1 recruit
Responsible for drone maintenance and routine servicing, as well as ensuring that the aircraft complies to design and that the vehicles are in safe operating condition. - Test operations engineer - 2 recruits
Responsible for the development of test articles, the building of test infrastructure, and the completion of design studies for air vehicle R&D. - Business Development team - 4 recruits

To be aware and monitor drone rules and regulations in drone usage.
HR Department Responsibilities:
- Human resources and legal departments must be aware of, and continuously monitor, applicable FAA and other state or municipal rules and regulations regulating commercial drone usage and deployment.

Training
- Human resources will want to keep track of relevant certifications and may wish to provide training to staff who operate drones.
- The qualified drone operators present in the organisation might give further training to the freelancers for them to become acquainted with the piloting.
- The HR department may also enroll pilots in drone piloting certification courses.
- Accidents may happen, and much like any other liability problem, HR must have a backup plan in place in case things go wrong.
- A recurring issue is the requirement for quick, precise replies to regulatory compliance issues. Keeping an aviation attorney on retainer is a good idea. HR should recruit someone who can assist with accident reporting.
