We are planning to expand in the hyper delivery segment for we will be using drones and the eventual goal is to be the market leader in this segment, starting from a city we plan to make it national. For this, we need to prepare plans for various departments and prepare a plan on how we plan to proceed it.BCS Solution Summary
We must optimize the amount of personnel in order to achieve optimum efficiency with the smallest possible staff. We intend to grow our services and become market leaders. As a result, having adequate recruiting and training procedures in place becomes critical for the firm. So, based on the projected demand, we may expand the number of Qualified Drone Operators, Management Team, Software Development Team, and Support Staff. To meet the company's needs, we may recruit skilled drone operators who will assist us in training the new employees who will be employed as Drone Operators.Solution
From the given data we can see that we have 4 Qualified Drone Operators at a salary of Rs. 50,000 per month, Team of 5 Management personnel at a salary of Rs. 1,00,000 per month, 2 members of the software development team at a salary of Rs. 70,000 per month and 4 people in the support staff at a salary of Rs. 20,000. With the plan to expand and assuming all the recruitment and training procedures are set in place, we have to hire members in all the departments as well as we have to create dedicated departments to achieve the targeted efficiency. Executing this will be a challenge but with proper planning, we would be able to do this. We would the organization structure to be flat to promote innovative ideas among the people and create an environment where everyone feels valued so that they can work at their best. We need to optimize the number of employees so that we can achieve maximum efficiency with the minimum workforce. As we plan to expand our services and become market leaders. So it becomes very crucial for the company to have proper recruitment and training procedures in place. So based on the estimated demand we can increase the number of Qualified Drone Operators, Management Team, Software Development Team, and Support Staff. To accommodate the need of the company, we can hire professional drone operators which will help us in the training of the new employees which will be hired as Drone Operators. As the annual budget of the division is just Rs. 10 crores, we have to be very efficient and go for value for money services. We need to hire many more Qualified drone operators and support staff. Management Team and Software Development Team will require less recruitment as compared to qualified drone operators and the support staff. The estimated expenditure on salaries will be around 4 crores. With this, we will be able to get the staff required to fulfill our vision.
Conclusion
To achieve maximum efficiency with the least feasible crew, we must optimize the number of people on the job. We aspire to expand our services and establish ourselves as market leaders. As a result, the company must have proper recruiting and training procedures in place. As a result, we may increase the number of Qualified Drone Operators, Management Team, Software Development Team, and Support Staff in response to anticipated demand.
