The National Management Olympiad (NMO) was initiated in the year 2019 by the FIE (Federation of Industrial education) committee.

The FIE was established in the year 2012, by a group of idealistic whose major aim was to enhance education quality in various sectors by empowering different sections of the education system.

Within the year of its initiation, NMO garnered immense appreciation by the industry experts and the participating students due its innovative and unique concept for upgrading their corporate skills.

The Management Olympiad is specifically designed for the college students, management faculty and the experts from various industries, NMO aims to provide magnificent opportunities in terms of communication, brand building, networking and due to its unique concept it encourages to think out of the box.

The National Management Olympiad is a total of 64 days online competition program with a completely innovative format. No physical presence of the participants is required.

The first National Management Olympiad took place from Feb-April’ 19. All the management students pursuing either UG/PG from a recognized college/university are eligible for participating in the Olympiad or the working professionals in the field of management are even eligible to apply.

The registration begins in the month of June, once the candidates are registered the participating candidates are now required to qualify the quiz round in order to grab their position in a virtual company. On the other hand those who could not qualify for the initial round will not get any position but that's not the end they will still remain as a part of the competition. Interestingly later in the quiz they can play a pivotal role by reviewing the performances of different teams. They even have the freedom to submit their views and ideas which will help them to win many prizes throughout the competition.

Now after qualifying the first quiz, the virtual companies will solve Business Case Scenarios which is specially designed by various industry experts, these business cases are also available for all the participants to view and solve. The National management Olympiad will give an opportunity to the participants to showcase their talent and provide them exposure in the corporate world.

The industry experts will review your submissions, all the submitted solutions will be reviewed by participants, industry experts, management faculty and these solutions will be published on the NMO portal and will be available for voting and reviewing, the scores will be daily updated on the score board, points obtained through voting will decide the winner. the more actively you participate the more you are in the limelight of the industry people, the winners will be facilitated at the final event and at every stage top 5 winning solutions will get a place in the management digest.

Once the participants are registered they will remain in the game till the end and will fight for the positions in the company and simultaneously help win their company. At the end each of the candidates will get a participation certificate.
