NATIONAL MANAGEMENT OLYMPIAD
National Management Olympiad is an Initiative of Federation of Industrial Education,
This Event has been designed for Management Students and Fraternity in order to provide practical exposure and an experience of real corporate world through Virtual Business Scenarios. The format Of competition is designed to improve Team Working capabilities, & Learn to recognize and Gain from opportunities.
ONLINE COMPETITION MAKING GREAT IDEAS HAPPEN
Get involved in a unique kind of Olympiad which will enable you to test your real management skills. All registered candidates will take part in management analysis quiz, based on basic management concepts. Quiz qualifiers will get a position in one of the virtual companies. Various Business case scenarios will be given to the virtual companies and they will submit solutions online. These solutions will be published on NMO Portal and will be available for voting & reviewing. Now virtual Companies will compete with one another for exposure & maximum votes from Industry experts, Faculty Experts, Judges & registered participants. Points obtained through voting will decide the winner. After every stage, there would a reshuffling in virtual companies, which will provide a chance to best performing registered participants (who are not already part of any virtual company) to be the part of the virtual company.
All registered candidates who are not part of a virtual company will still be a part of the game & can become game changer by taking part in voting, by suggesting ideas for better solutions, & reviewing submitted business case solutions, There will be several dedicated awards for all these activities. In addition to awards, there will be regular quizzes throughout the competition for all participants to win exciting prizes.

Once Registered Participant will always be in the game, Participants will be competing for the position in the company & simultaneously to make their company win. Thus Participant will be there in the competition till the end and can also help & review in order to support their favorite team. participants will be also eligible to win various awards based on your submissions. Moreover, every candidate will get a certificate of participation as well.
VIRTUAL CORPORATE SCENARIO
The competition starts with a Quiz followed by Series of Business Case Scenarios for Qualified Participants &,There would be a series of various quizzes,for all Participating students.Participants will attain a corporate experience where you can showcase your skills, present your idea, and review other's submission. The main attractions of the competition include the following:
A). Be a part of a Virtual Company
B). Get Virtual Corporate Scenario from Industry experts.
C). Get a Virtual Position in virtual company and act accordingly.
D). Competition within company.

WHY TO ATTEND MANAGEMENT OLYMPIAD?

It will help participants experience corporate work environment (Virtual) which will have Leadership roles like CEO & Department heads Also Functional roles like H.R, Marketing, IT and financial executives etc. eligible participants will be divided into teams and these teams(virtual Companies) will compete with one another, In order to succeed each team have to work closely. By design, Management Olympiad gives participants an opportunity to not only experience various situations, but also give exposure to how job role matters, or how different person with different role acts differently. These kinds of experiences will give participants an idea of how to perform at a real world scenario, which will ultimately help participants to strengthen his /her skills effectively.
